This is the right answer. Trays are always either partially full or overflowing to the point you need a larger one. Either way is a waste of space. I use 1 quart, 1 gallon, and 2 gallon ziplock bags. Squeeze the air out, and pack 'em into huge bins, and store them in less space until the next time they're needed.
