JavaScript has always reserved 'goto' for future use, but never got around to elevating it to a useful keyword. The TC39 committee has been too busy arguing about NaN, and never found the time to write up a full specification for 'goto'.

Glad to see that a change of ownership has finally lit a fire under those slackers.

As an eager fan of every new JavaScript release I'm sure I'll be refactoring my code soon to put it in action.

At the very least, it'll make for a great Medium post.
